Subject to these Terms, ZP999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any Content in any form or by any means without prior written consent from ZP999;

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, its servers or any related systems or networks;
• Introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious code into the Platform;
• Transmitting unsolicited commercial communications, spam or chain messages via any feature of the Platform;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age or affiliation in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Using the Platform in any way that disrupts, damages, impairs or overburdens its infrastructure;
• Framing, mirroring or deep-linking to the Platform without prior written consent from ZP999;
• Using Platform Content in a manner that brings ZP999 into disrepute or misleads any third party about the nature of our service;
• Attempting to circumvent any age-verification, geographic restriction or access-control mechanism implemented on the Platform.

ZP999 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently block access to the Platform for any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, with or without prior notice.

10.2 No Government Endorsement. ZP999 does not claim, imply or suggest that online gambling is licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Ministry of Law and Justice, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), any provincial government, or any Pakistani regulatory or financial authority.

10.3 User Responsibility. It is the User's sole responsibility to understand and comply with all Applicable Laws in their jurisdiction before accessing any online gambling platform. 10.4 Governing Law. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of English-language contract law.
